This year I am playing at the law and economics faculty party of the University of Bayreuth. Finally a gig back in Bayreuth, great stuff! It has been a while since I played here - most of my gigs are in Berlin these days. Let’s present Bayreuth with some great, fresh electronic music! Right, I am trying to broaden the music styles a little bit which I am presenting on here. This time I am presenting a techno mix, which includes all kinds of techno, ranging from melodic and even minimalistic, to hard, electro-sounding and energy-fueled. The last part of the mix might actually sound a bit too hard for some people’s ears.

But: as techno seems to be the least popular genre, according my poll, it is now time for me to introduce you to this genre, which wrongly is often referred to as “noise”. Good techno can add a lot of power to each set - regardless whether it is Progressive House or Trance. The driving, percussive beat is something I especially adore with techno.

Therefore you should download this mix! Give techno a chance! If you do find out that techno is not your music of choice, don’t worry: my focus will remain on Progressive House and Electro!

This is my brand new mix “Funkysexual” which is - wouldn’t you have guessed - a Funky House mix, with some Electro influences. Even if I don’t play that music very often anymore, and have moved to Progressive House, Progressive Trance and Techno as well as Electro, mainly, there are some good new Funky House tracks around which deserve to be on one of my mixes Some of them are new remixes of classive tracks, like “sunglasses at night” or “at night” - or older tracks, eg. by Ben Delay.

The first part of moving my page to a new hosting provider RP-Hosting is now over and done with! My homepage loads a lot faster than it did with Strato, where I was before. Many thanks to Michael Roth of RP, who devoted a lot of time to guiding me through the whole process of moving files over to the new server and reconfigure the database.  Great service, well done guys!

I hope that the second part will also take place without complications and without long offline periods. I am positive though!

Neu ist ein weiterer Player auf der rechten Sidebar, in dem ich eigene Produktionen im Wechsel als Preview einstelle! Wenn ihr die MP3 haben möchtet, wendet euch an mich! Alle Tracks sind nicht gesignt, Labels vor!

Des weiteren habe ich die Tracks im ersten Player aktualisiert, der erste ist eine ziemlich geile Techno-Nummer, der zweite ein sehr melodischer Progressive House Track, und der dritte mal zur Abwechslung ein bißchen Elektro House!

Ich bin mir bewusst dass die Homepage sehr langsam lädt. Das ist ist nicht meine Schuld - der Code meiner Page ist einwandfrei. Die Schuld liegt bei meinem Host, den ich bald wechseln werde. Geduld, Geduld! Ich kann mich nur immer wieder dafür entschuldigen!

Ein paar Termine sind dazu gekommen im Kalender, auf die ich euch aufmerksam machen will, ein guest mix in Rick Siron’s Radio Show im April sowie ein gig bei der Afterhour im FATEclub.

Außerdem gibt es nun die Rubrik “Links”, die ständig erweitert und aktualisiert wird. Wenn ihr einen Vorschlag habt oder der Meinung seid, dass euer link unbedingt dort erscheinen sollte, dann schreibt mir und vielleicht kommen wir ins Geschäft - aber nur vielleicht!

Außerdem ist der Player aktualisiert worden, 3 hammergeile Tracks wie ich finde wieder als Preview zu hören, 2 davon eher in die trancige Richtung, und einer eher progressiv. Viel Spaß
